The present revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for partition in O.S.No.630 of 2009 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, for speedy disposal of the said suit.

2. A perusal of the B-diary extract indicates that the said suit is pending from the year 2009 onwards and now, it is posted for trial. Considering the fact that the suit is pending for more than 12 years, the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.630 of 2009 on or before 31.12.2023.

3. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
