Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned physical test report of the petitioner failing the petitioner in activity II as illegal and consequently to verify the videograph of the petitioner performing the Plaiting of rope within 2 minutes and declare him as passing the test and allow him to complete activity III and further test and process of selection within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had qualified himself in the Physical Test Activity-II, within the prescribed time limit of two minutes, his candidature was not considered for selection.

2. During the pendency of this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner was permitted to view the videograph https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2118 of 2020 recording of the physical test activity of the petitioner. On such verification, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports today that the petitioner had not completed the Physical Test Activity II within the prescribed time of two minutes. As such, the ground raised by the petitioner for the purpose of declaring the petitioner of having passed the test cannot be sustained. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
