(Crime No.79 of 2020) PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.79 of 2020.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.79 of 2020. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2020 is underway and prayed for six months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.79 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
