ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of 'Non Traceable Certificate' for the original sale deed bearing Document No.5636 of 2010 dated 02.07.2010 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Kovilpatti.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost the his original sale deed bearing document No.5636 of 2010, registered with the Kovilpatti Sub Registrar Office, and he had preferred the complaint with the respondent police but the second respondent has not given any certificate to the effect that document could not be traced. He also submitted that in Kovilpatti, East Police Station, similar certificate has been given, which is enclosed herein at page No.14 of the typed set of papers.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint has been made in online and receipt is also issued.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been disposed of and its status is available in online. He also circulated the copy of the same.

6. Perusal of the said online status report indicates that the complaint of the petitioner is disposed of but no actual outcome as to whether the document was traced or not is mentioned.

7. In such circumstances, the petitioner is now directed to make a fresh representation and the status report with all necessary particulars may be provided to enable the petitioner to know about the real outcome of his complaint.

8. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
