This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 822 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and a referred charge sheet was filed as further action dropped before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thanjavur. A copy of the closure report was also placed before this Court.
