O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa4/R.D.R/659/2023, dated 13.03.2023, pending on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated period.

The grievance of the petitioners is that in the joint patta in respect of the property belongs to the petitioners, the name of the respondents 3 and 4, were wrongly found instead of the name of the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners made a detailed representation before the respondents on 02.06.2022. Based on the said representation, the first respondent had also initiated proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa4/R.D.R/659/2023, dated 13.03.2023 and enquiry was also conducted. The petitioners appeared for the enquiry and produced all the relevant documents. However, till date the enquiry is pending. Hence, the petitioners have filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2/4

Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa4/R.D.R/659/2023, dated 13.03.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, after holding an enquiry and after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
