ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.08.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused have demanded dowry from the petitioner and also ill-treated her. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the matter between the parties has already been settled before Mediation and accordingly, the petition was closed by the second respondent herein.

5.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
