ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.492 of 2021 dated 05.10.2021 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and since the accused are absconding, they are not in a position to file a charge sheet.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to file a charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
