Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALASUBRAMANIAN N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.21295 and 21310 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.2353 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.21295 and 21310 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 12.30 pm until further orders.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
