ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 07.01.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii)of IPC r/w.Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No. 9 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant for physical affairs and when she refused to do so, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having 50 previous cases of similar in nature, out of which 42 cases were ended in acquittal. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that are forty seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence he objected for grant of bail.

considering the fact that forty seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances in the present case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
