ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint of the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the death of the petitioner's husband, the third respondent gave a complaint before the Koodalpudur Police Station alleging that the petitioner's husband borrowed amount from the third respondent and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that the third respondent has preferred a complaint before the second respondent and on that basis, summon was issued under Section 91 Cr.P.C, on 18.01.2023, directing the petitioner to appear on 21.01.2023.

3. Even according to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there is a money dispute. This Court is at loss to understand as to how they have registered the complaint and issued summon under Section 91 Cr.P.C.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that they have instructed the second respondent, to close the matter.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
