charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.75 of 2018 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
