O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third and fourth respondents to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of land in Survey Nos.2206/1, 2206/3, 2207/2, 2207/4, 2208/5, 2208/7, 2187/1 and 2203/3 situated at Vadaveeran Naickkanpatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. He further submitted that one O.Raja and his henchmen illegally took gravel sand in the above property on 11.12.2017 and hence a complaint has been lodged before the third respondent on 11.12.2017. He further submitted that after receipt of the said complaint the third respondent has inspected the petitioner's land and he also took photographs but, subsequently, he has not register a case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the third respondent has enquired the matter and during the enquiry he has examined the Village Administrative Officer and Additional Director of Mines and as per their statements, no such illegal activities have taken place and hence the complaint has been closed and the same has been informed to the petitioner on 22.01.2018. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
