ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 26.10.2021 and consequently forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering with the civil dispute in O.S.No.92 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sathankulam and to take a decision in naming the bus shelter as Polaiyarpuram Bus Stop at Polaiyarpuram Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the outcome of the suit.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
