Whereas on Thursday, the Fourth day of April, Two Thousand and Nineteen, the 2nd Appellant in Crl.A.(MD) 85 /2017 and the 3rd Respondent in Crl.A.(MD)167/2017herein / 2nd Accused in the above Criminal Appeals viz.,
SIVAKUMAR S/O. RAJENDRAN, NO.10 BASWA AGRAHARAM STREET, PILLAIYAMPETTAI, UMAMAHESWARAPURAM POST, THIRUVIDAIMARUTHUR TALUK, THANJAVUR DISTRICT.
who is convicted and sentenced to one month Rigorous Imprisonment for the offence under Section 294(b) IPC and five years Rigorous Imprisonment along with fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), in default, to undergo three months Simple Imprisonment for the offence under Section 304 (II) IPC.
The aforesaid sentences shall run concurrently. The accused will be entitled to set off under Section 428 Cr.P.C. Date of Remand : 09.10.2014 Date of Release on bail : 21.11.2014 Fine amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) paid today (i.e. 04.04.2019) This is to authorise and require you, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai to receive the accused viz., SIVAKUMAR, S/O. RAJENDRAN, NO.10 BASWA AGRAHARAM STREET, PILLAIYAMPETTAI, UMAMAHESWARAPURAM POST, THIRUVIDAIMARUTHUR TALUK, THANJAVUR DISTRICT. into your custody in the said Prison , together with this warrant and thereby carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
