PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of detention made in H.S.(M)Confdl.No.195/2021 dated 21.12.2021 on the file of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Thoothukudi District, the second respondent herein, branding the detenu by name Madasamy @ Pasi, aged about 44 years S/o.Esakkipillai as "SEXUAL OFFENDER" who is now confined in Central Prison, Palayamkottai and quash the impugned order of detention and set the detenu at liberty by producing the detenu before this Court.
