Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to register a case/F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2017 to the first respondent and investigate into the matter in accordance with law and file a final report within a period prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 13.11.2017, the petitioner's elder brother son Inbaraj and his family members prevented the petitioner from irrigating his lands and also criminally intimidated him demanding partition and hence a complaint has been given on 16.12.2017 before the first respondent, but so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the first respondent has forwarded the petitioner's complaint to the second respondent and after receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent has started to enquire in the matter and the enquiry is still pending.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any
cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. In case, the enquiry reveals only, a civil dispute then he can direct the parties, to approach the civil Court to get appropriate remedy.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
