R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, stating that his wife is found missing and she is in the custody of his father-in-law, who is cited as third respondent herein.

H.C.P.(MD) No.162 of 2022 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue present before this Court. She would claim that she is living with her father on her own volition and she does not want to lead the marital life with the Petitioner. Hence we do not find any illegal detention of the detenue, as claimed by the Petitioner. 4.In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
