Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 302 of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.299 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
