ORDER
This writ petition has been filed directing the first and second respondents to immediately rescue the petitioner and his family removing the illegal lock put on the third and fourth respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working under the third and fourth respondents. He would further submit that there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4. He would further submit that the respondents 3 and 4 have locked the premises and prevented the petitioner's ingress and egress to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.2237 of 2020 premises. Therefore, he has sent a representation to the second respondent to take action against the respondents 3 and 4. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the present petition has been filed.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent has received the complaint of the petitioner by post and thereby, they conducted enquiry and it revealed that the third and fourth respondents have locked the premises of the petitioner. Subsequently, on verification it has been found that the gate is kept open now.
