This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.839 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the FIR against her. Further, perusal of the FIR would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.
