: Respondent PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 28.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD))No.7009 of 2018. Prayer in WP(MD). 7009 of 2018 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to count the temporary service rendered by the petitioner during the period between 03/05/1991 and 10/07/2013 along with the regular service for the purpose of pension and other terminary benefits for all purpose including the retirement benefits of the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
