This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.341 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 31.01.2016, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.341 of 2016, on 01.02.2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, but, so far, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after completing the investigation a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 31.03.2016, but, so far, the said Magistrate has not taken the case on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to verify whether any such charge sheet is filed and if already the charge sheet has been filed, then, he has to take the case on file and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
