ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Section 392 of IPC and in Crime No.397 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and snatched a cell phone and Rs.500/- Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he had nothing to with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence he objected for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case considering the fact there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
