For Petitioners : Mr.R.Balakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.Prabu Ramachandran Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed by the petitioners, to direct the second respondent to register the case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioners, dated 07.11.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that one Immanuel Raja has started the Finance Company in the name and style of Madurai Rural Development Transformation India Limited and collected money from several persons including the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners herein, but subsequently, the said Immanuel Raja did not repay the amounts to the petitioners and hence they have lodged complaints before the second respondent on 07.11.2016, but, so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already, against the said Immanuel Raja, 5595 complaints have been received and a case has been registered by the Economic Offences Wing, Madurai District in Crime No.4 of 2014 and after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the TNPID Act Court, Madurai and based on the said charge sheet, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.11 of 2015 and the same is still pending. He further submitted that after filing the charge sheet some of the complaints also have been received and hence supplementary charge sheet has also been filed and only recently these petitioners have sent complaints and the said complaints also under consideration before the Economic Offences Wing, Madurai.

4.Taking into consideration of the aforesaid submissions, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Madurai District is directed to enquire the complaints, given by the petitioners herein and if the enquiry reveals that the petitioners herein also deceived by the aforesaid Immanuel Raja, then he has to file another supplementary charge sheet in accordance with law. 5.With the aforesaid observations, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
