This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19/2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the 1st respondent would submit that in this case charge sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet without any further delay. The direction of this court is not to be read by the Magistrate as an indication of any intention of this Court. The learned Magistrate is also directed to file a report informing the reason for delay in consideration of the charge sheet.
