RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.13791 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017 directing the petitioners to be released by producing common sureties to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri instead of producing two sureties each and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 447, 379(NH) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.151 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
