Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS to direct the respondent to shift the electrical motor installed in front of the petitioner's property situated at D.No.62, Mariammankoil street to some other place .

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14414 of 2015, dated 08.01.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this contempt petition stands closed.
