The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent to take necessary action upon the complaint dated 18.12.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents, would submit that based on the circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, issued in C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024, the Respondents undertake to take action in C.No.GS/E-10369/5142/2023 dated 19.12.2023.
Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
