This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent police to forthwith register the FIR on the basis of direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi in Crl.MP.No.2681 of 2018 dated 01.06.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2019 against the accused persons and produced the copy of the FIR and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
