Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the bullock cart seized by the second respondent herein pertaining to the case in Crime No.1198 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020 on the basis of the representation dated 28.01.2021 and return the bullock cart to the petitioner within the stipulated time. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature. Therefore, the respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the Court below immediately and without any delay. It is open to the petitioner to move the Court below for release of the vehicle. As and when the petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter.
