ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEREMIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to call for the records in relation to the interim anticipatory bail passed in Crl.M.P.No.293/2020 dated 27.01.2021 on the of Principal District Sessions Court, Pudukkottai and to cancel the same.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in Crime No.606 of 2021, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 were granted anticipatory bail and the above said Crime No.606 of 2021 has been closed as mistake of fact on 08.02.2021, R.C.S notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and submitted that he has not received any notice from the respondent Police.

4. If the respondent police has not furnished the copy of R.C.S notice, it is open to the respondent police to furnish the copy immediately to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the R.C.S notice along with the final report, it is open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of R.C.S notice.

5. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
