Heard Mr.C.Jeganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Prasanna, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.Both the parties are present today (13.04.2018) before this Court.

3.Both the learned counsel submitted that the parties entered into compromise and the compromise memo was also filed before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for both sides and their parties signed in the compromise memo.
