O R D E R

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.36247 of 2025 by substituting the words 'Survey No.270/7' in place of 'Survey No.207/7'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inadvertently, the survey number was wrongly mentioned as 'Survey No. 207/7' instead of 'Survey No. 270/7' in the above Writ Petition filed by the petitioner, as a result of which the same mistake has crept into the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by this Court while disposing of the above Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, the amendment is directed to be carried out in the order dated 02.01.2026 in the prayer portion as well as in the relevant paragraph of the order. Registry is directed to carry out the above amendment in the order dated 02.01.2026 and also in the Writ Petition. Page No. 2 of 4
