O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.112 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) seeks time to file the final report before the concerned Court.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 112 of 2018 within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant, provided there is no legal impediment.
