Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records relating to the order in Roc.No.Na.Ka.E2/27040/2020 dated 19.11.2020 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential monetary and other service benefits. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent on 14.12.2020 has been rejected. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the dismissal order.
