ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 02.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 4 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have found in possession of 22 Kgs of Ganja

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner has been in custody since 02.01.2019 and therefore, the petitioner may be granted bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner and he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration, the nature and gravity of offence and there is one previous case pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed with a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge under EC
