3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and 1/3

time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to comply the condition as imposed by this Court, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
