ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks enhancement of the compensation paid to her. As per the statutory scheme, the Arbitrator must dispose of the petition within one year. The first respondent shall dispose of the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the writ petitioner before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
