Respondent / Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition no.III imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni District in Crl.M.P.No.27 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the credit of Crime No.221 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police subject to the outcome of the case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify one of he conditions imposed by the Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners wherein the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the credit of the Crime No.221 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised in the petition, the condition imposed by the Court below directing each petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each to the credit of the Crime No.221 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur. The other conditions shall stand as it is. Time is extended for complying with the conditions for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and no further extension of time will be granted.
