RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in order dated 30.08.2017 in Crl.Revision.No.7/2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram partly modifying the order dated 20.08.2015 in M.C.No.18 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THILAKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, While admitting the Crl.O.P., the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is prepared to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month (Rs.1,500/- each) towards the arrears of maintenance, before the trial Court.

2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, order of stay is granted on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ month (Rs.1,500/- each) to the credit of M.C.No.18 of 2011, on the

file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and further amount towards the arrears of maintenace as on date within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and he shall continue to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month on or before 5th day of every English Calendar month, failing which, order of stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court.
