Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MALAIYENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act @ Sections 11(1) and 12 of POSCO Act, in Crime No.469 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of six weeks.

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
