These writ petitions have been filed seeking a mandamus to consider petitioner's application for issuance of machinery working condition certificate for various tenders.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents at the time of admission submitted that the petitioner cannot file a consolidated application for all the tenders. In case, if separate applications are preferred, the applications would be considered on merits. 3/6

3. Pending writ petitions, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner has been acceded to and certificates have been issued.
