PRAYER in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.134 of 2018: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records pertaining to the cognizance order dated 10.05.2010 passed in the case in C.C.Nos.61, 62 and 63 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, in Cr.No.11 of 2007 on the file of the first respondent and set aside the same. PRAYER in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.135 of 2018: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records pertaining to the cognizance order dated 23.07.2010 passed in the case in C.C.Nos.103 and 104 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, in Cr.No.19 of 2007 on the file of the first respondent and set aside the same as against the petitioner.

COMMON ORDER ****** When this Court was about to dismiss this revisions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the revisions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted. The Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court during trial, after the charges are framed, since there are prima facie materials available in this case for framing of charges. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
