O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to withdraw the case pending in Cr.No.23/2015 on file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the 4th respondent or any other competent officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.40 of 2016.

becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
