ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 109, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 404 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 30.11.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21228 of 2018, however, the petitioners are not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioners filed this second anticipatory bail petition.

3.In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted is extended for a further period of two weeks. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21228 of 2018, are unaltered.
