This petition is filed seeking to issue a suitable direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.194 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent investigation officer under the supervision of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
