This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to conduct temple festival on 31.01.2025 in Sri Bommusamy Malaikovil Temple situated at Kallai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District. 2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, it is reported on either side that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
