ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 10.01.2015 of the petitioner and to investigate the case. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondent submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the matter.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to move by way of private complaint. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to the petitioner to move by way of private complaint shall not be read by the concerned Magistrate as a direction to entertain the complaint. The entertainment of the complaint will be solely at the discretion of the Magistrate and upon consideration of the merits of the case.
