ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.1023 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 420, 452 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. the petitioners are now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.
2. This case was registered pursuant to an order under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Initially, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre. The de-facto complainant was also directed to appear before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre has sent a failure report on 17.12.2014.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged by the de-facto complainant that the petitioners had borrowed money from her and she had also given gold ornaments. Thereafter, they are refusing to pay the service charges and also not returning the loan amount. The allegations appears to be civil in nature. Hence, interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners is made absolute. If the petitioners are already furnished sureties, they https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
